A New Dawn, A New Day
Many of you are subscribed to the Wellness Minneapolis newsletter so have already gotten the update.
For the rest of you: I have an announcement.
I'll be leaving Wellness Minneapolis at the end of this year. As a founding partner, you can imagine the difficulty with which that decision was made. I am grateful that my collaborator, Sara Jean and I came to it together and have been working on this transition with respect, appreciation and love for each other at the foundation of the labor.
I wrote more words on the topic here and invite you to read that personal note if you'd like more of that story.
Now, I'd like to focus on what this change means for YOU and our work together.
First and foremost, on your end very little has changed! I'm still your partner in food-related crime. While I am leaving Wellness Minneapolis, my functional nutrition and health coaching practice lives on under my personal brand, Jesse Haas Nutrition, LLC. I will continue my work with patients in a virtual setting. I'm looking forward to continuing to support you!
The "brass tacks" of our relationship will shift to a different platform, but I'm hoping that will be relatively seamless for you. I even have hope that the changes I'm making streamline our operations!
Here's the scoop:
I am moving my medical charting system from Charm to Practice Better. This is a software designed for nutritionists, so I'm actually quite excited to make the change. I'll also be able to house my online appointment scheduler and payment processing in the same spot, which means that established clients will need to keep track of just one link (this one!). When you schedule an appointment, you'll be prompted to create an account...and then you're set. I'll take care of moving your health history information. If you have a future appointment scheduled with me, I've already moved it and you to Practice Better.
One other link you may be interested in saving is my website: jessehaas.com. If you have enjoyed reading my blogs in the past or want to review my services, this is where that information is at.
All programs and pre-paid sessions will transfer with me. I will, however, need to collect payment information for future appointments at our next session so please come prepared with your credit card or HSA information ready to go.
That's it!
I hope this transition will be smooth sailing, but we all have experiences with technology that may make you groan at the thought of this change. Feel free to reach out and I'll help as much as I'm able!
Finally, I ask for your support as I endeavor this career shift. Caring for my clients is a joy of mine and I want to do it until the end of times. Managing a private practice is no small feat. If you're willing to lend a hand here are a couple ways you can do that:
Take a moment to rate my service and/or leave a Google review. This helps people find my website on the worldwide web so that I am considered when they’re searching for a nutritionist. You can do that here.
Personal referrals are by far the best way to support the sustainability of a small practice like mine. Is there someone in your life who you think would benefit from my work and enjoy my approach and personality? Please send them my website, forward this newsletter or share a post I make on Instagram.
It is my sincere honor and privilege to work with you! Thank you so much for making my job so rewarding.
